I’m the owner and an active stylist and colorist at the salon, and I’ve been in the hair industry for over twenty-five years. The salon has been the center of our family life for many years — my husband John is co-owner and business manager. My goal is creating a happy, professional environment for our staff. My passion is hair. I love creating a great color and cut to bring out your true spirit. Most of my clients want to look trendy and fashionable, whatever their own personal style may be. When you leave my chair smiling, laughing, confident — I know I’ve done my job.

Jen is one of our top colorists and stylists, and we’ve worked together for over twenty-five years. She has been an integral part of our team because of her vast knowledge of color, her good eye, and her dedication to education. Jen is our red hair expert — she picks the perfect tone for your skin. Whether you’re a first-time client or a long-time one, she offers the same fun, exciting experience. Her passion transfers to her clients, especially when she’s creating a new short cut with a razor accompanied by the perfect color to accent it.

Tracy has a gift for recognizing a person’s natural beauty and magnifying it. Tracy has a unique ability for cutting hair dry, so it can be customized to her client’s natural parting and waves. She enjoys a mature clientele, giving them classic cuts and a traditional women’s blowout. Tracy has attended continuing education classes in cutting and coloring from Boston to California.

When it comes to cutting, she excels in short styles, and she enjoys the challenge of color correction. She’s loyal to her craft of multi-soft highlighting, giving subtle changes of color, a dimensional technique refined by years of in-salon training and classes from Boston to Miami. Cheryl always has a smile on her face and laughter in her voice, even on twelve-hour days.

Dee has been a stylist for fifteen years. She’s a friendly, outgoing person who listens to her clients closely to identify their hair care needs. Dee loves to present her clients with new possibilities, letting their cut and color reflect who they really are. She’s a master of the stacked bob and face-framing highlights, and enjoys working with natural tones, using eye color and skin tone as her guide. Along with in-salon training, Dee has taken formal cutting and color classes at Wella, Eufora and Paul Mitchell, traveling throughout New England, California, Chicago and New York.

Kathy knows you have to listen to a client’s wants and needs and steer them in the right direction so they can get salon results at home. She does men’s styles and stays on top of the latest trends for women, and believes that to be a good hairdresser you must keep learning.

Chris works magic with even, natural-looking blonde highlights. She is one of the greatest when it comes to weddings and proms — her ability to create updos one strand at a time is unmatched, and she’ll travel to neighboring cities and towns for your special day.

When she’s not in the salon, Haley is a professional musician who plays gigs across New England and beyond.
